Our recurring Service & Maintenance Contract is designed to catch small problems before they become expensive ones. Twice each year, our team cleans the gutters and downspouts and performs a general roof maintenance check, looking for developing issues such as loose flashing, damaged roofing, failing sealants, clogged drainage points, deteriorated penetrations, and other visible conditions that may require attention.

Routine maintenance gives us an opportunity to identify problems while they are still relatively small—before water makes its way through the roofing system and turns into damaged drywall, paint, trim, insulation, or other repairs inside the home.
